Proof of Filming (Erith 2)

After our initial first shoot at Erith, we decided to re shoot back at Erith to make some subtle changes. We changed the model's look, including a hat, pulling her hair back to ensure it did not get in the way when filming. We also made the make up bolder and brought a speaker so the model would find it easier to sing along with the track- making the miming look effective.

The camera we used was the Cannon Legria FS306 and we placed this on a tripod to steady the shot. The advantage of this tripod was that it allowed for a smoother pan and also could be raised to the angle desired.

We kept the make up consistent, using the liquid eyeliner and blue eye shadow that we had previously used in our first filming. We changed the lead's outfit, removing the coat, changing the shoes whilst restyling the hair with a bowler hat.

Due to the outfit change, Katie was very cold while shooting so we went through methods to ensure she stayed warm in between takes- layering her with coats and scarfs when the camera stopped rolling. As soon as the take started again we would remove the layers; alternating back and forth after each take.

Additionally, Katie was required to lipsync in the footage so to ensure the song matched with the movement of the lips, we had the song playing out loud just outside the shot so that she could sing along easily. You can also see that Rosie was standing close to Katie with coats and scarfs to warm her up after the shot as quickly as possible
