Reassessing Progress

After the Christmas period the whole team discussed the progress of our music video along with the deadlines we have to meet. We have been set some final deadlines along with our own personal deadlines in order to keep the group motivated, organised and together as a team. The whole team is now aware of this and these are as follows:

End of January - We must have completed our first full draft of our music video. This will not be a professionally finished video and may have some areas which need reshooting or editing. The concept will, however, have no gaps meaning it is fluid and runs smoothly.

End of February - We must have completed our final draft meaning any areas which are not filmed to the best of our ability are removed and any issues are ironed out by reshooting or removing from the final plot. There maybe time to revisit the video after the other tasks have been finished.

End of March - The auxiliary tasks (Digi Pack and Posters to accompany the music video) must be finished in full so that these can be evaluated for April.

April - During April we will complete the evaluation questions, and depending on how quickly we manage to complete these, we hope to return to our music video and perfect any little areas which we are not entirely happy with. 

ALL WORK MUST BE HANDED IN, IN ITS ENTIRETY, BY THE END OF APRIL TO BE MARKED.

Additionally, at this meeting we arranged filming sessions in the coming weeks, such as the filming of the dancers, the highstreet and hall place for reshooting.
